...after two days off sick. Feeling a bit washed out and trying to face up to having a blood test and an ultrasound next week and then seeing a gynaecologist. Bleah, the joys of womanhood...

yep, the joys of it all.
If only I'd had some of the REAL joys - like having kids! - before the whole system breaks down on me...
